USA 50 Racing

USA 50 Racing is Sarah Newberry Moore and Hoel Menard’s Nacra 17 campaign for the Los Angeles 2028 Olympic Games. Sarah brings Olympic experience as Team USA’s Nacra 17 skipper at Paris 2024, along with a silver medal at the 2023 Pan American Games and more than a decade competing in the class at World Championships. Hoel, a San Francisco Bay Area sailor, brings a strong international foiling background and joined Sarah for the new Olympic cycle. Together they are racing the international Nacra 17 circuit, including a 25th-place finish at the 2026 World Championship, as they build toward a home Olympic Games in Los Angeles.

USA 34 - Carson Crain - B Lindsay

USA 34 is Carson Crain and B Lindsay’s Nacra 17 campaign for the Los Angeles 2028 Olympic Games. Carson brings experience from Team USA windsurfing, the Pan American Games, the Red Bull Youth America’s Cup and a previous Nacra 17 Olympic selection campaign. B brings a high-performance background in the 29er, 49erFX and college sailing. Together they are building their partnership through international racing, European training blocks and time on the fully foiling Olympic catamaran, with the goal of representing the United States and racing for a medal on home waters.

ISR36 · Road to LA 2028

ISR36 is Mika Sternberg and Yogev Alcalay’s Nacra 17 campaign toward the Los Angeles 2028 Olympic Games. The team is working to make LA 2028 Israel’s first Olympic appearance in catamaran sailing. Mika, born in Tel Aviv and raised in Los Angeles, brings an Israeli national title and an international youth-sailing background; Yogev, from Sdot Yam, developed through Israel’s highly competitive ILCA 7 program. Together they are training in Southern California and building an international racing and Olympic-qualification program through 2028.

Triple Threat

Triple Threat is the Etchells team of Wiley Rogers IV, Ford McCann, and Marshall McCann. Sailing. The all-under-30 crew won the Next Generation Trophy at the 2026 Etchells World Championship in San Diego, awarded to the best-performing team whose entire crew is under 30. In a 76-boat fleet representing 11 countries, Triple Threat finished 24th overall and second in the Corinthian division.

Team Aurora brings ten women sailors from five nations together around a shared belief: talent should not be limited by geography, access, or who has traditionally held space in elite sailing. With Lena Weißkichel at the helm, the team is preparing to race the 2026 NYYC Women’s International Championship in IC37s and build toward an all-women campaign for the 2027 Transpac.
